The Argentine-American Fulbright Commission was established by a binational agreement signed between the two governments in 1956. Since then, it has awarded 10,000 scholarships to Argentine and American citizens. These distinguished Fulbrighters have contributed to build innumerable bridges between our two countries. The Commission started the 75th anniversary celebration earlier this year by publishing monthly videos that feature the Fulbright grantee of the month. You can see some of these videos below.
On August 25th, the Commission will host a virtual live panel: "The Fulbright Experience: How Fulbright Changed My Life," to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Fulbright Program worldwide, and to share the personal and professional accomplishments of Fulbright alumni from different grant categories and geographical regions.
This panel will be followed by a presentation, "Fulbright and the Arts," in which distinguished Argentine Fulbright musicians will perform musical compositions.
