The Czech Fulbright Commission invites all friends of Fulbright and all those interested in Fulbright Program to join them in celebrating the 75th anniversary of the Fulbright Program worldwide and the 30th anniversary of the Czech Fulbright Commission. The details of the celebrations can be found on their webpage here.

During Fulbright Day: Czech Republic the Commission will (together with colleagues from Germany, Poland, and Slovak Republic) host a panel highlighting the public diplomacy impact of the ETA programs in our four countries:

Changing Mindsets, New Opportunities & New Partnerships will present the achievements of Fulbright English Teaching Assistants from Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, and the Slovak Republic, and the long-term impacts that their Fulbright grants have had on themselves and their host communities and will be held at 6-7:30 pm (CEST).

The second live event, Perspectives on Time, Space, and Memories, will have Šárka Zahálková, 2018 Fulbright Visiting Scholar from the Czech Republic, introduce their joint art project with U.S. Fulbright alumni, and the launch will be at 8 pm (CEST).
