The Fulbright Iceland team wishes to thank everyone who participated in the Fulbright Iceland Day!

For Fulbright Iceland day on February 23^rd, the Commission in Iceland released a special 75^th Anniversary edition newsletter (read it here) and premiered a new Grantee Profile Video which highlights Nick Fry who studies Sustainable Energy at the Iceland School of Energy (watch it here).

Fulbright Iceland also conducted three live events on Zoom and Facebook Live. These events were very successful, entertaining, and interesting, spotlighting notable Fulbright alumni Guðmundur Ingi Guðbrandsson, the Icelandic Minister for the Environment and Natural Resources, Dr. Barbara Laster and her host in Iceland, Dr. Sigríður Ólafsdóttir, and geologist, glaciologist, and two-time Fulbright Grantee to Iceland, Dr. M Jackson.
